AI-assisted client operations
A client workspace that explains what is happening, what changed, and what comes next — while AI quietly keeps the record up to date.

Why I built it
Clients should not have to ask repeatedly for progress, hunt through email for a decision, or wonder what consulting hours produced. The information may exist, but when it is scattered, trust becomes harder than it needs to be.
I wanted one welcoming place where a client can understand the work at their own pace — from the big picture to the exact document, decision, SOP, or timesheet behind it.
The operating model
After a client meeting, I brief my trained AI by voice in the way I naturally work.
AI creates or updates SOPs, records decisions, organizes information, and maintains the database.
The workspace turns those updates into a useful, transparent view for the client.
One source of truth
Progress, tickets, milestones, schedules, and next steps stay visible without waiting for a status meeting.
Decisions and direction changes are recorded with context, ownership, impact, and confirmation.
SOPs become clear visual workflows that clients and delivery teams can explore together.
Documents, completed work, hours, billing status, and project value remain easy to understand.
Important milestones, confirmed choices, and changes in direction remain visible long after a meeting ends.

Approved workflows are visual, searchable, versioned, and easy to discuss with a client.

Project-critical documents, links, versions, and approvals live together instead of disappearing into email.
Clients can see the work completed, who performed it, how long it took, and its billing state.

The result
The AI handles the repetitive work of translating conversations into structured project information. I stay focused on consulting and decisions; the client gets a clearer experience with fewer misunderstandings.
