The challenge
Operational knowledge often arrives as a long document, a rushed walkthrough, or a collection of screenshots without context. The information is technically there, but the learner still has to reconstruct the sequence.
I reorganized that knowledge around real moments in the work: what happens first, what decision comes next, which rule matters, and what success should look like.
The learning system
The guide begins with the work that matters first, so a new user always knows where to start.
Screenshots, labels, rules, and examples sit next to each action instead of living in a separate manual.
Expandable chapters and method tabs let people focus on the task in front of them and return whenever they need a refresher.
Real workflow context
Users see the interface they will work with, accompanied by the exact purpose, sequence, and exception that matters.

Multiple learning paths
Tabbed instruction paths support alternate workflows without making the main lesson feel overwhelming.

Operational confidence
Calendar colors, checklists, and reference screenshots help new users compare what they see with what good work looks like.

The result
The finished guide gives people a friendly place to learn, work, and double-check themselves. It preserves the detail of the handover while making each task feel manageable.
